2 ripe bananas
3 dates
6 strawberries
2 tablespoon coconut yogurt or cream
Some icecubes
Banana slices
Strawberries
Chocolate granola
Coconut flakes
Chia seeds
Wash and cut the fruits into smaller pieces.
Put all the ingredients for the smoothie bowl into the blender and mix until you obtain an homogeneous liquid.
Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings on the top!
